• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and prepared for shipping the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, but shipping will begin on the next business day.

Shipping Within the USA:

Packages are shipped from our main fulfillment center located at 3333 Bear St, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 We provide address-specific delivery services across the USA, ensuring your order is delivered directly to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is available nationwide, offering reliable, direct-to-door service for all orders.

We offer UPS International Shipping for our customers outside the USA.
International Shipping Time: Delivery 7 business days.

Order Tracking:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was delivered to the wrong address, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. The products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
