Product Returns
You may return any product purchased from our website within 30 days of receiving it.
- Product must be unused and unworn
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags must be attached
- Product must be in its original condition
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Product Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product on our website.
Damaged or
Defective Products
Report damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
We may request photos for verification. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer one of the following resolutions:
