Every seller starts at 90. Successful sales raise it. Cancellations lower it. Your rating directly affects your commission fee.
Confirm and ship authentic items on time to build your rating and keep your commission at the minimum 9.5%.
Each cancellation costs 10 points. Ratings below 50 may result in account review and possible suspension.

Once your item sells and ships, earnings are available in your seller dashboard. Cash out via ACH direct deposit or PayPal. A 2.9% cash out fee applies. Minimum cash out is $25.
No. Listing is free. You only pay the commission fee + seller fee when your item sells. There are zero upfront costs to start selling on DripHeat.
If your item doesn’t pass our inspection, it will be returned to you. We’ll provide a detailed report explaining which checkpoints failed. Your seller rating will not be affected.
