When we receive an order for your product we will contact you with information on how to ship it to us at the verification center
After receiving your product our experts will verify it and if everything is good we will send it to the buyer
After 14 days after the buyer receives the product, you will receive payment for your item
Sending counterfeit or defective items is strictly prohibited. Each item undergoes meticulous inspection by our experts. In case of violations, the item will not be returned unless you cover the verification fee and return shipping costs

After receiving the product, we will make an inspection which usually takes 1-2 days and will inform you about the result.
After paying the verification fee and return shipping, we will ship your item to you along with a certificate of authenticity
We will only send you a certificate of authenticity if the verification confirms that your product is original. We strictly treat the verification stage of products, so do not send us knowingly fake items for the sake of obtaining a certificate.
